What is Aluminum template system?

Aluminum formwork, also known as architectural aluminum alloy  formwork system, represents a new generation of formwork support  systems following bamboo and steel formworks. By employing standardized design and diversified specifications, aluminum formwork enables the one-time completion of concrete structure construction, effectively ensuring and promoting the standardization level of construction projects. In cast-in-place concrete structure engineering, formwork engineering typically accounts for 10%-20% of  the cost, 30%-40% of the workload, and approximately 50% of the construction period. Formwork technology plays a crucial role in  enhancing engineering quality, expediting project progress, reducing  costs, and achieving civilized construction practices. The quality of  formwork construction directly impacts the overall quality of concrete  engineering. As concrete structures have achieved commercialization  and specialization while steel engineering has realized specialized  processing and installation techniques; it is inevitable that specialized  formwork construction will become a prevailing trend in development.

In September 2015, the Ministry of Industry and Information  Technology together with the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural  Development jointly issued an Action Plan to Promote Green Building  Materials Production and Application which explicitly encourages "the  production and use of lightweight aluminum alloy forms" (Article 10).  Consequently, aluminum formworks have become synonymous with green building practices characterized by high-quality standards.
