Aluminum formwork construction sequence
1. Check the pay-off: Ensure that the contact surface of the aluminum template and the floor is elevated appropriately, adhering to the principle of "preferably lower than higher". Any parts exceeding this elevation should be chiseled away.
2. Install the starting plate.
3. Weld positioning bars.
4. Install the wall panel and perform initial adjustments.
5. Install beam plates, floors, and hanging dies.
6. Conduct comprehensive adjustments: During this process, it is crucial to control vertical flatness to achieve a standard of "vertical 3 flat 3".
7. Install K plates and seal the wall base, followed by secondary adjustments.
8. Apply a protective film in between and remove the mold.
